Youtube video question?

Hi, I'm working on a PowerPoint presentation for my school and almost everything on the internet there is blocked. YouTube is a definite. Now, I'm looking fr videos to put in, but the only sites that have embedding codes are YouTube. If I embed the video into my PowerPoint can I still watch it with YouTube blocked? Or does anyone now any news sites that let you embed videos? Thanks in advance!
