How do you delete the "Top Contacts" within yahoo mail?

On the left hand side of my mail, there is a section called "Top Contacts". I have tried to delete these but there isn't a way. I have tried going to the "Contact" Tab, but they are not there. They are also not in my profile contacts/connections. I have also noticed that my embedded chat also has contacts that I do not want. However, I can't find this list to delete them. Thanks if anyone can help.
