Another Try at making a News Post...?

Hello, I know I've asked it before but I still can't seem to find the right one. I need a news post php that; can be embedded into an html page simply, is a free simple script, has admin logins for posting, possibly with multiple author support but I don't want user logins, just admins although I don't mind if users can post comments to the news posts. If someone can give me a link to a news script that fits this description then I will be forever grateful. PLEASE!
