When you faint can you still hear?

cause one time i saw allot of blood come from a cut i had seen so everything started to get fuzzy then kinda blurry and like the room was spinning at the same time. Then i got tunnel vision i got what looked like i was going through a tunnel did i faint? also when i fainted i could still hear is this normal?
