People with scene hair where is a good salon to cut 'scene' hair?

I have gone to salons and ask them what I want but they don't give me they cut it all wrong. I live in las vegas and i don't know a good place to cut hair there that will cut scene hair. I know you have to bring a picture to tell em what. I have tried that but it doesn't work so does anyone know a good place to cut hair here thanks and please respond.
