What should i do if the end of my lip piercing got embedded in my lip?

I've had my piercing for a few months now, and i've changed the jewerly a few times, but once i changed it to one that had like a diamond thingy on it, well the whole thing came out when i was eating once, so i decided to change it to another one that had the ball to screw on so it wouldnt come off. Well the whole day it kept getting swollen. i put ice on it so the swelling will stop and it seemed to work. the next morning the back of the piercing was embedded into my lip and i didnt know what to do. it's been like this for a while and i dont knw wat to do. plz help thanx ;]] p.s. its not painful or enything its jus annoying lol
