What might be wrong with a girl who cut her leg up & covered her entire body/face with blood? from "boredom"?

Honestly this girl need psyciatric care amd maybe a little love,she's physically hurting herself to deal with emotional pain. Be there for her please get her som help before she takes it too far if you know her? But yeah overall girlfriend's got some issues that need to be worked out.
