What diet would be best for me? Experienced dieters only!?

I'm 14, 4'9'' and weigh 117 pounds. I've been doing my own diet and have gone down to 117 from 125, but I want to try a real diet designed by a doctor. I'm Italian so carbs are a big part of my diet that I can't completely cut out. Can You recommend one for me? I don't want any answers that say "Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink more water." I just want the name of a diet and how much you lost on it.
