She cut herself and sent me a pic?

Listen.. She did NOT do this for attention ok. I'm not ganna go into details but I did some pretty bad stuff to her... She cut her wrist and sent me a picture a couple minutes ago. There were probably like 30 scars, and they were all bloody. I already knew she cut herself. She has serious depression. Anyways, above the scars she wrote in marker "These are for you. I love you." What am I suppose to say? I love her too and I treated her really bad and I feel so bad right now..
