Is there anyway to change an embedding code to a video file so that it can be saved to a computer?

A friend of mines sent me an embedding code of a video with me in it, but I'm more interested in changing the code into a video file somehow so that it can be saved to my computer. Can anyone help me??? Thanks in advance.
