Im a feeding mom-having trouble getting off the last 5-10 lbs?
Im now 10 lbs lighter than my pre pregnancy weight, but I still have about 8 lbs until I reach my ultimate goal of 135. I'm feeding my daughter, which has helped me get to this point because of the extra calories I burn. I also take part in a high intensity work out program 4 days a week, and eat mainly organic, lean foods. Despite all of this, I feel like I have reached a plateau and cannot seem to lose any more weight. A friend of mine recommended cutting out meat and dairy, as long as I replace it with other protein packed foods like black beans and quinoa. Does anyone else have any ideas? I feel like I'm holding onto water weight...I feel inflated. What I need to do is a detox and cleanse my body, but I can't do that because of feeding. If anyone can give me any ideas on how I can drop these last couple of lbs, I'd really appreciate it!
