I just accidentally bruised our goslings bill?

It got caught in the door when I was trying to shut it. There is a small cut under the bill, a ring of bruising around the bill close to it's face, some minor bleeding from the nostrils, but the tongue appears undamaged, and the bird is running around. Any advice? Do birds recover from injuries like this okay? We have one other gosling and a dozen chicks in the same pen.
