Do you know what is the fastest way I can commute from Talisay Batangas Balai Isabel to Batangas City?

I need to attend an even in Balai Isabel Talisay Batangas. A shuttle will take us there. However, I need to leave earlier than everyone else and thus need to commute on my own back home to Batangas City. The problem is I am completely clueless as to how I can get home to Batangas City from there! HELP!!!
