What color Gatsby Moving Rubber to use?

I'm going to get a haircut soon and I'm planning to get a lot of layers and get my hair cut to about shoulder length. My hair is kind of wavy and puffy until I straighten it. For this type of hair, I was wondering which color of gatsby moving rubber to buy if I want to be able to style it in anime-ish styles (I heard for my length, the green one is the best but I've also heard that it only works or volume and not styling).
