What would happen if you got ovarian cancer while pregnant?

Okay well my dad's ex-girlfriend is claiming she's 6 months pregnant, she called yesterday and told him that she just found out that she has ovarian cancer and she is not going to take any medicine so the baby is okay. The thing is, is that she's claimed she was pregnant before when they broke up and when they got back together she had a miscarriage but was out back cutting down weeds the next day bright and early. Also she said she's had chemotherapy in the last two years from previous cancer.She's a 49 year old woman who's a heavy smoker and takes a lot of medication(She claims she stopped since finding out). I guess I just want to know is it possible cause we doubt she's pregnant cause she won't send us any proof of any sort plus all this.
