Does anyone know this movie taking place in a high school?

it came out in the early 2000's and it takes place in a high school im pretty sure it was a horror movie and it involves a kid getting bullied from when he was younger and he comes back to haunt them or something? there was a scene where he was being egged and laughed at... and there was another scene where a guy that collects tarantulas holds a woman hostage in a room filled with the spiders and he cuts a hole in her protective suit letting a bunch of the spiders crawl in and bite her... sorry my memories so fuzzy and i cant remember the name, can someone help or list some suggestions of the movie im tlaking about..
